After one use, not even on my own hair, I felt a considerable difference. This was used on my boyfriends beard, just messing around, and he has a course beard. After one use, of thorough massaging into beard and leaving it in overnight, there was a difference in how course his beard is and was softer. It was still course but a soft fluffy course. Will keep using until this product disappoints.
