Scent Air Machine Waterless HVAC

Highly recommend this product! It makes us feel like I'm living in luxury constantly. I purchased this delightful product a year and a half ago, soon after moving into our new 3,700 SF home that had the typical new construction smell. The product and software were easy to set up and maintain, and they've been working flawlessly since. Everyone who enters our home is immediately enchanted and almost always asks how to get the same for their homes. Many have followed suit and purchased the same product. About a month ago, I accidentally damaged the oil bottle. I reached out to product support, and Leon immediately informed me that the bottle was out of stock at the time. He committed to replacing it, followed up with updates, and shipped the replacement free of charge. Truly outstanding service quality! Leon is a very proud and honest business owner who deserves a lot of credit and recognition. The product is extremely quiet, easy to clean and maintain, and very efficient in oil consumption—we only need to replenish the oil once every 40 days or so.

Being in an apartment, I am not using this hooked up to the HVAC. However, with fine tuning through the app and using the essential oil that I have, it has done a fantastic job. I have it hooked up in the master bedroom (where I work and play games + plus the location of the litter box ), and it reaches just about every thing other than the spare bed on the opposite end of the unit. Totally would recommend. The app has a couple of issues, but easily worked around with a little trial and error. Little louder than I thought, a droning gurgle’s sound, but at the volume of just above someone whispering. Not perfect, but for the prices compared to other similar units earned it the 5 stars (as long as it lasts). Totally recommend, and if you get it make sure to try different oil scents and brands. Also change run/pause times before you give up on it.

I purchased this unit in August 2024, and it worked fine until December. Now, the only functionality that works is turning the unit on and off. Despite being powered on, it no longer accepts any schedules or settings to control the fan. It's essentially inoperable. I've tried contacting the seller and manufacturer multiple times but have received no response. For a product to fail after just 5 months is extremely disappointing, especially with no customer support available. I would not recommend this product. Save your money.

Original statement 01/24/2023 I typically don't write reviews but this has blown my mind. If you want your whole house smelling like a spa this is your go to. Even though the machine say it is up to 1,200sq if you search on eBay you can find the exact same one with the same design that just rebranded. My house is 1,800sq the bottle haven't yet made it halfway way so the 30 day scented is based on your current setting the stranth is also based on your settings. Since I have a air seal HVAC system the smell tends to stay inside the air vent and eventually vent down naturally or when the air turn on. The best setting I had found for heavy smoker are 4 or 5 min run time with a 15 min pause but if you want immediate effect and need to get the smell out before someone come home to your gas smoke I would set it to run for 10 min with a 2 min paused and wait for about 1 hour before firing up the bong fire. You would have to turn on the fan mode on your thermostat in order to help boost it. I also had noticed that the all pure scented oil that I had tried so far love the cold air vs the heat during the winter months. The smell of the scents is stronger when it is blowing cold air. Also after 2 week of used I had noticed there are more German roaches coming out of my kitchen every day every min and I still can't figure out where to find them I Guess lavender pure oil wasn't the best choice for them but I had noticed less and less not a whole population like I used to see. I had purchased this back in mid of December of 2022 and overall it has been doing good. You had might be seeing other people saying that the small isn't strong enough or it has stopped working. Let me remind y'all Amazon had gotten you cover if you bought the warranty and the reason why the smell isn't strong like it use to is because if you are inside the house and breathing it in everyday your body scent of smell will get used to it and you might not be able to smell it for a while. Best way to rest your nose smell scent is to go outside for a while and workout come back home and soon you open the door you can briefly smell it. That is normal for those who are around it on a regular but those who aren't it will be loud you can even set it on the highest run time and you can see for yourself that you aren't going crazy and nothing is wrong with the machine. Also you got to take into account that the oil you need to use is the one that is not see through and that come in a blackout jar or cup or dark bottle are the pure one's. You need %100 pure non constructed oil scented oil for this to work properly. This machine can take out any smell inside your house.

It’s loud when operating and unless you have a fan on or have it hooked up the the hvac the smell does not travel very far because it doesn’t not have a fan. It does not really cover a large area, I’m using a fan to disperse it so I guess results may very if you have it hooked up the ac. The Bluetooth is useful but honestly it’s not a huge feature you can kinda set and forget it. Overall it’s decent, much better than a diffuser but not worth $120.

Getting past the passcode was not clear because the actual code was on a separate piece of paper instead of in the instructions, which I didn't find until after some frustration. But once past that I was able to setup the unit fairly easy. I don't have it running all day, the schedule lets you create 6 separate time blocks (min 1 hour each). That works ok for me. I have not integrated with my HVAC yet, still deciding on that. I have small place and have it in my dining room. I can smell it (some) when coming home from work (might have more to do with the select aroma). I suppose the smell is not super noticeable since I don't have it running all the time. I can hear when it turns on and pumps the scent but quickly fades in to the background for me. I don't think I would like it in my bedroom at night because of the sound. Integrating in to the HVAC would solve the noise issue and likely make the whole place smell better. But, here is my issue with that setup, if the HVAC is not running and the unit pumps, the scent is just going to deposit in the air ducts, might not do any good when the HVAC turns on. What would be a great feature is some sort of air flow sensor so that the the unit would only pump when the HVAC was pushing air.

I’ve only had it a few days, so take this with a grain of salt, but it is a major upgrade from my Aroma360 Diffuser. My other one is SO loud it sounds like my neighbor is mowing his grass. But that one was quiet at first too, so I am leaving room for the possibility that this motor will get worn out as well. This machine is almost silent, to the point where I’ve had to get up and make sure it’s still on. Easy to assemble. I just turned it on and it started spraying. You can make it complicated with the app on your phone and passwords, or you can just plug it in and let it do its thing. It’s like a little fog machine. I am using My Way oil by Aroma360 then switching to Kindling oil by ScentFluence (the real one that My Way is a “dupe” of- both are incredible! But Aroma360 is kind of a scam.) I saved so much money buying this machine vs other upscale brands, but still think it’s a little overpriced for what it is, a fog machine for air freshener. If it continues to function properly, I’m going to buy one for upstairs too. I have it on a window sill in my living room and it is scents the entire living, dining, and kitchen beautifully on the factory settings. Seriously, check out 1 Hotel Kindling candles and oil if you want your home to smell like a fancy hotel. EDIT 9/29/2023: I switched to Kindling fragrance oil and filled it ALL the way to the top which caused it to make a very loud, bubbling fishtank sound during use. So I removed some oil and it is quiet, but no longer silent like when it was fresh out of the box. Maybe people are just overfilling their bottle? Also possible that some oil formulas work better than others. EDIT 5/3/24: It’s still working perfectly and turns out I love the app. EDIT May 2026: Still works great! Every few months I run a cycle of straight up rubbing alcohol to clean it. My new favorite scent is Stargazing by Aroma360. I also love Cabin Morning.. it kinda smells like apple juice.

So I purchased this machine to use in my HVAC system and not as a stand-alone. When I received the machine I started using it on my tabletop. I can smell the scent really well, especially at the location I had it sitting but once I put in my HVAC I no longer smell my scent. According to the detailed description, this should cover up to 2000 square feet. My home is 1800 square feet and I do not smell it. I check the system after it was installed for 5 days and the hose had liquid coming through it. So I removed the hose to be sure that the liquid was not just poring into my HVAC although I am not sure if it was or not but the liquid was moving back and forth through the line. So I removed from my HVAC system and ran some alcohol in the hose to clean the line and reinstalled it. It's been going now for 3 more days but I still don't smell my scent and the scent I am using is for that type of machine and very strong. As for the sound, the machine is loud so I would not recommend it as a stand-alone on the inside of the area unless the loud humming will not disturb you. It was definitely too loud for my liking. As for the setup, it was easy. I have not to use the app as of yet so I can write a review on it.

This sent machine did not work and although the seller provided a warranty return the item has to be shipped back to China through Canada post which is a huge cost and hassle be careful if purchasing from these people.
