Great quality, Very Sharp Chopper

COULD BE SHARPER
Not the sharpest right out of the package , but I did get it fairly sharp . I am looking forward to using it . It has a comfortable grip for myself - male with big hands . Nice blade cover .

How did I live so long without this?
I absolutely love this knife. My two small dogs are on a special diet which includes lots of chicken. This knife has simplified the chopping of the chicken so much - I really wish I had thought of it years sooner. It really makes chopping meats, and carrots, simple. I am happy and the dogs are happy to be fed sooner! I can't vouch for how long this lasts though. I wash it bt hand and store it in the cover that came with it. Delighted to have found this!

Super sharp edge
This is fantastic for cutting up cooked chicken and meat into slices, cubed, etc for casseroles, stews, sandwiches, etc..
