I received this and I was going to return it after smelling it initially. Another reviewer hit the nail on the head when he said it smells like Ben Gay. I then tried it and it's really awesome. It does a great job of holding down comb ways and pulling my beard together. It also doesn't leave a sticky feeling nor does it leave an oily feeling. This is the best product I've used for my beard.

I was very confused at first. I received half-empty jar, with no protective film or anything. I was upset as I thought they sold me something used. I have ordered the same beard balm from the Nordstrom. It arrived exactly the same - the jar is half-filled, no foil cover (as they show in the commercial). So I wish the seller would provide more information about the product to avoid any suspicion or concerns. The quality is great. I do really enjoy the product.
