I have been using this product for 5 months as a daily vitamin. I have it sent to my office monthly. As a part of my daily routine I throw one in my water bottle. I have actually noticed an increase in my immune system. There was a month where they were out of product and I missed my delivery. While I did not take it, I felt more run down. I will continue to take it. For me, this is not as sweet as the other hydration packets and having it added to my water daily ensures consistent use. Overall, I like the taste. But if you are used to sugary drinks you may not like it.

Love Root’d drink mixes! I used to have multiple bottles of vitamins that I kept in a cabinet and taking them each night was a cumbersome chore. These drink mixes simply taking vitamins. As a runner, I can tell a difference in my hydration and even how my stomach feels when I take a Root’d and when I don’t. Root’d has been great for hydration and digestive support too! The first time I drank a Root’d it had a sort of bland taste. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t real sweet either. I’ve grown more accustomed to the taste and I actually enjoy it more now. I definitely prefer it cold! Love these packs. Will be stocking up!

I love it! It tasted great and smells amazing! I’d recommend not shaking it up in a shaker bottle though as it can be explosive! But I’ll definitely be getting some more!

This is a great alternative for anyone that doesn’t want to add more pills to their diet. I take so many pills already, various amino acids, fish oil, etc. I do agree the taste isn’t the greatest, but it’s vitamins not koolaid. I usually mix it with my creatine and lots of water, then sip it during workouts. The taste isn’t horrible, but if you still don’t like it simply mix it with juice.

It’s good to know u drinking something healthy. not people on here that’s complaining about taste when if u worried about taste put it in something else like orange juice or something. If u care about taste go get something unhealthy with a lot of bad sugars. Besides the Alka-Seltzer taste I like it.

My first dose ruined a smoothie. My second dose went badly too, because I mixed it in to fizzy water, causing an eruption of toxic orange bubbles. That one's on me; I should have known better. My third dose, mixed into unsweetened tea, wasn't so awful that I couldn't drink it, but the flavor of this mix is so intense and artificial that I doubt I will be able to finish the box. I will definitely not order this again. I thought this would be healthier than a vitamin pill, but wow, no pill I've ever taken gave me PTSD from the flavor.

This has been my daily go to for a long time. Love getting my multivitamins, minerals, nutrients, electrolytes and probiotics all in one great tasting, portable package. Lately I mix it with water and a shot of apple cider vinegar. Dissolves quickly in any liquid so I can mix it up creatively. Natural ingredients and a notable daily boost. Definitely recommend.
