No these aren’t like Tums chalky flavor. They have a minty taste and no chalk. They definitely aren’t like eating a starburst or jolly ranchers

Yes. I gave celiacs and have had no issues.

How much sugar do these have?

I don’t know exact number but it will raise your blood glucose level. From the manufacturer’s web site, “ Because it contains fructose (a type of sugar), Emetrol should not be taken by persons with hereditary fructose intolerance (HFI). Emetrol also should not be taken by diabetics except under the advice and supervision of a doctor.”
