I really like how the bottle comes packaged. It comes inside of a gray sleeve, and even comes with a straw cleaning brush, which I've never received with bottles in the past, so that's a plus. While I'm not very fond of the colors, it looks sturdy and durable. However, I don't know if this is just my specific bottle, but this thing was absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to open. At first, I thought you would just twist it open, like you would most bottle tops, but the lid did not budge. So I thought pulling on the handle to pop the lid off would work, but nope. Absolutely nothing I tried would open this bottle. I ended up having to ask someone in my household (on the following day) to help open it. They tried everything I did, pulled on the handle until it popped off, tried using tools to pry it open, and nothing would open it. As some point, I started to think that maybe this bottle isn't supposed to open. Finally, I'm not sure what they did, but they managed to actually get the top open. Turns out, it actually does open by twisting it, but for some reason, this bottle seemed to be super glued shut. Inside the bottle are 2 reusable straws and a manual (which would've been very helpful when I was struggling to figure out how to open the bottle in the first place). I don't know why this bottle has been so difficult to open, but now that it's finally open, I'm too afraid to close it, lest I become unable to open it again. UPDATE: I no longer have an issue with opening the bottle, so it seems that that problem completely goes away with use. Also, I used it yesterday to take some hot tea with me, and 14 hours later, the tea was still hot, so yes, this is well insulated.

Keeps drink cold. I haven’t used it for hot liquid. It’s good quality. Lid fits tight. I’d buy another.

This item is definitely more purple/periwinkle than blue. Otherwise it is of the same quality as other bottle bottle products. I love the dual purpose lid and the silicone boot. I do wish it came with a silicone straw cap. As I have said in other bottle bottle reviews, they tend to handle cold better than hot. And I can say the same for this thermos.

Love this bottle! Can use it for cold or hot and it keeps it perfect. I put hot water in it and hours later it's still super hot. I like that I only need one bottle now. No leaking either!

I've had this for weeks now, and it's become my new emotional support water bottle. It looks adorable, I appreciate the pad at the bottom being non-slip, and it is leak-proof when both stoppers are closed. It does leak a little if you knock it over while a straw is in, but I've yet to find any water bottle where that doesn't happen
