1911 G10 Full Size Commander Grips, Aggressive OPS Texture

At the price I figured I'll give 'em a shot. And talk about surprised! Well made, the texture is aggressive enough without being a hand grater, and they look great! Now I've got to see which other guns they might have grips for! I'll certainly buy from these folks again!

These are very aggressive grips. No need to worry about slipping out of your hand. Look professional. Fit perfectly.

Works really well. Installed this on my Huben GK1 Shorty. It's got a 1911 handle. These grips are heavy, strong, and they're not too abrasive when it comes to their texture. It's actually nicely smoothened out over the texturing, so it doesn't tear your hands when firing. (Unlike their black G10 grips which are pretty abrasive) It's also really good at preventing any slippage if you have sweaty hands. Overall they're comfortable to hold and shoot, and provide a nice stable grip. Really great if you want something that won't slip out of your hands. Looks pretty good too.

Purchased a set of black grips to install on my stainless 1911, Put the left grip on went right on looked awesome but when I pit the right grip on the screws weren't recessed. I didn't want to over torque them so t took them back off. Seems the holes were a bit undersized so with the grip off the gun I worked the screws back an forth until they wore some of the material away so they were now fully seated flush. Reinstalled back on the firearm and bingo looks great. Had a different fitment issue with a set I purchased for my other 1911 were I had to do some filing around the safety to get to fit. Even the fact that they were on $20 not a big deal. Other manufacturers start at $70 or more but we'll see how these perform at the range.

Texture is just right. They just feel right to me. Seem to reduce recoil of my 45 a bit.

My first upgrade to my 1911 was Hogue wrap-around grips. I’ve shot them for years. However they make the weapon virtually impossible to conceal. I saw these and fell in love with the look. As with anything for a 1911 they are simple to install. These look amazing on the grip. The pattern makes them grip my skin like super glue and is every bit as firm a grip as the wrap-around grips, with a bonus of being significantly thinner. These were a great upgrade. I highly recommend these grips.
