Didn't expect this quality from Air wick. The fragrance is nice but the whole thing got burnt within an hr of using. Recievd the package 2 days back. Started using it today. The wick is burnt. I had kept on medium setting. Is there is way I could get refund for such product

burning the plug in
If you see the pic you will notice the black portion which seems to be burning. Not sure if it is due to the oil fumes or if it is indeed burning. Due to safety reasons not using.

Dangerous item - DO NOT BUY OR USE IN UAE
The airwick diffuser has US specifications (110V and US plug). Using this item in the UAE which has 240V supply is dangerous and has a high chance of catching fire. This item should not be sold by AMAZON UAE. Legal action needs to be taken against the seller for selling dangerous goods in the UAE.

Powerful scent
Purchased 5/09/2020. As other reviews have mentioned - the smell is STRONG. I read a review that stated it takes 3 to fill up a room. So when I received this item I put it to max settings to try and freshen out my room (I'm a single male in my 20s...think of the bachelor smell) and man, when I walked in it was a slap on the face. Even at the lowest of settings you can tell that it's working. Now I'm not a smell enthusiast. This is the first freshener I have purchased but it smells like lavender. At least what i THINK lavender smells like. Overall quite happy with my purchase and would buy/recommend again. Going to try other smells. I will update my review to see how long the oils last on low - mid settings.
