The 7 Chakras: Beginners guide to learning and balancing your chakras

I do some vending at events...and this is a great little book to have handy to help explain chakras to people who don't know. It's small enough to get a good description without being so long customers get bored. I love helping people and educating them on more natural healing and this book has been a great addition to my other materials. If you deal with chakra areas and people or just new and want to learn this is a great stepping off point.

Perfect for true beginners. It’s simple and can be used a quick reference. I like the writers format of writing…engaging!

I liked the information in the book.

Very insightful book. It is only about 25-30 pages long tbough, with large writing. If I had known it was so small I would have not ordered it, but a larger one with more information

This book is not at what I expected. I purchased this book based on the reviews, not realizing there had only been 19 reviews total. You can find a better book written by someone with better expertise, more knowledge and credentials than the author who wrote this guide. There are grammatical errors riddled throughout the book. Note: there is a typo on the cover. Chakra should be plural and there are only 6 chakras illustrated.

This is a good book to start if you are just starting out learning about Chakras. It's a short read, but very informative. I learned so much these past two days and it has prepared me for my journey as I dive a little deeper into learning more. Now that I have the basis down.

I actually did want a very basic book on chakras, so I was not expecting a thick title, but was surprised to find it was only 44 pages, and printed in large type. The book ended up feeling like a hastily-written high school research paper. It would have been nice if the author had included something about mudras, instead of mentioning that you use them to clear blockages and then not mentioning them any more. Also listed heart chakra as pink. That said, I wanted extremely simple and this is good enough for my purpose.
