I bought the crane truck set because I needed the crane for a construction themed cake I was making for my 2 year old nephew. It had more assembly required than I expected, but everything feels sturdy and substantial and was easy to assemble. I only initially used the crane and a few Warning signs for the cake, and I gave his parents the rest of the set to allow him to use when they felt it was age appropriate, due to the small parts. He insists on taking the crane with him everywhere he goes. They allowed him to play with the various vehicles. He and his older brother play for extended periods of time with them. There is a lot of value with this quality set. I think most of this set is ok for this 2 year old, because he's not one to put stuff in his mouth.

Ordered for my 2 year old. The Crain he keeps pulling apart. But the trucks he absolutely loves. He's wrecked them about 100 times today and are still in good shape. The trucks are pretty sturdy. The Crain isn't so much. Is recommend an older child for the Crain. I'm going to put it up until he's a little older. Everything else he plays with great and doesn't break. 100% recommend for the money. You get what you pay for. Can't expect all metal when the price is this low.

Has entertained grandson for a year on monthly visits. A bit fragile, but interesting.

Kids young and old loved this toy. So this was bought for a toddler. Durability is always a question when you have a mini Godzilla in the house. These toys seem to be strong enough to endure most daily beating. There are moving peices and the scale is pretty good. The crane move in most ways a crane should, same with the excavator, steam roller, and front loader. The trucks are fixed. Head the warning the "connex" that the toys come in, is very difficult to open for the common human. The panels snap together. Summon super human fingernail strength, or find a butter knife to pop one of the panels open. If you use regular human fingernails prepare for casualties. That being said the connex is an awesome aspect of the toy as it serves as storage and also a construction playform. Also red stuff in picture is not included. That would be the remains of a smashed bathbomb. Which for reference makes a decent play sand consistency, also because you know it will end up in the carpet... and at the least will smell good.

TONS of fun! The detail of these toys is amazing. Kids' imagination will be very much stimulated when playing with these incredibly appealing construction toys. The photos in the listing don't do the toys justice. You gotta see and touch them in person. My nieces and nephews have played the daylights out of these and enjoyed every minute of it. I'm 53 and even I love playing around with them. The T-crane really does lift objects and all the vehicles roll and have tremendous detail to make them so realistic. And this set is an AWESOME value because of what all you get for the price and the quality of it all. Several kids in my family have learned a lot about construction from interacting with this set. I just can't say enough good about it. If you've got kids of any age, get this set ASAP. Even if you don't have kids, get a set because you'll still enjoy it. Use it as a fun display on your desk at work or home or let the neighborhood kids play with it. It's just too much fun.

I bought the set simply for the crane, I needed it for a lego construction cake and the lego crane was out of stock and too pricey. This crane blended well, its only issue was weight balance which I corrected by hanging a weighted load at the opposite end and taping the crane to a sturdy base. I have zero complaints, the set was inexpensive at $33 and the remainder of the pieces went into a sand box “construction site”. The pieces with graphics already on them are painted on, do not come off in a good hot water scrubbing. The pieces that use stickers I didn’t bother putting them on, the kids don’t care. The included storage box is added convenience and play value. I would not hesitate to purchase this as a gift.

Bought this as a gift for my 4 year old grandson who is really into construction vehicles and cranes (his dad is a crane salesman). There are a few issues, and personally, I wouldn’t buy again because of these issues. The vehicles are on the smaller side, which is OK but just something to be aware of. Also, the plastic box that you have to assemble and that is supposed to hold the vehicles and crane needs definite improvement. It’s a cute idea but the box needs to have a definite easy opening and closing top. An adult will most likely have to get all the pieces in just right so the box will close, but once closed, it’s really hard to get opened - especially for a child. It needs to have an easy opening/closing lid. The other issue is the crane crank handle got broken in like one day. My grandson has a crane almost exactly like the one that came with this set but it stays at my house for him to play with when he’s here. We’ve had that crane for at least 2-3 years and it’s never gotten broken even though my grandson lives close so he comes over frequently and plays with it almost every time he’s here - it’s one of his favorite toys. The crank on it is a lot more sturdy and difficult to break than the one that comes on this set. I know everything tends to be made cheaper and less sturdy these days, but I sure wish they would make at least these 2 improvements on this set - it would make it so much better and longer lasting. And more sales hopefully.

I bought this construction set for my Grandson, who loves construction toys! It was packed nicely and arrived as promised, before Christmas, thank God! These toys are packed inside a large plastic cube that folds out and snaps together as a play area. There are a lot of small parts so follow the manufacturers guide on age for this set. The crane actually works (crank by hand) and they have included different construction vehicle, all that move and some do have moveable parts. There is also some assembly required but my Grandson completed most of the assembly, not sure if it was easy or maybe he’s just smart! Over all, I think this toy set is well worth the money and will provide for a lot of fun times. I will repost if I find any problems with this set.
