GREAT construction set
I bought the crane truck set because I needed the crane for a construction themed cake I was making for my 2 year old nephew. It had more assembly required than I expected, but everything feels sturdy and substantial and was easy to assemble. I only initially used the crane and a few Warning signs for the cake, and I gave his parents the rest of the set to allow him to use when they felt it was age appropriate, due to the small parts. He insists on taking the crane with him everywhere he goes. They allowed him to play with the various vehicles. He and his older brother play for extended periods of time with them. There is a lot of value with this quality set. I think most of this set is ok for this 2 year old, because he's not one to put stuff in his mouth.

Pretty awesome!
Kids young and old loved this toy. So this was bought for a toddler. Durability is always a question when you have a mini Godzilla in the house. These toys seem to be strong enough to endure most daily beating. There are moving peices and the scale is pretty good. The crane move in most ways a crane should, same with the excavator, steam roller, and front loader. The trucks are fixed. Head the warning the "connex" that the toys come in, is very difficult to open for the common human. The panels snap together. Summon super human fingernail strength, or find a butter knife to pop one of the panels open. If you use regular human fingernails prepare for casualties. That being said the connex is an awesome aspect of the toy as it serves as storage and also a construction playform. Also red stuff in picture is not included. That would be the remains of a smashed bathbomb. Which for reference makes a decent play sand consistency, also because you know it will end up in the carpet... and at the least will smell good.

5 year old Ioves it
My 5 year old son helped me open the package. He was so excited the entire time! He made a comment that it was kind of like a mystery box or surprise blind bag. When you first open it, itโs just this yellow storage box. You have to use the provided โkeyโ to open the box. So I think thatโs why he felt like it was a surprise. I do have to comment on opening the box and the โkeyโ provided. This was very difficult for me to open. You have to pry it open. I was android I was going to break something while trying to force it open. Thereโs no way a kid could open it. The instructions do say that an adult needs to use the key to open the box. But most kids are not going to want to have their parent open it for them every single time. I think kids and parents would both appreciate the toy more if the kid could open/close the box on their own. Once opened, everything inside was neatly packaged and packed into the storage box. My son took out each bag and admired the construction vehicles or accessories. While he took everything out I looked at the instructions. The instructions seem a bit vague to me. I donโt understand if some of the vehicle parts are supposed to be interchangeable or not. My son always wants to follow the instructions and do EXACTLY as the instructions say. The illustrations in these instructions were a little difficult for him to follow. He used the pictures on the outside of the box it was packaged in to know where to place the stickers and a few of the vehicle parts. It really isnโt too tough to put together. We could have figured it out without the instructions. The only reason we needed the instructions to put things together is because thatโs the way my son likes to do things. He enjoyed putting everything together and I only had to help him attach 2 vehicle pieces. Heโs played with it more than any other toy ever since he opened it. I think it really is a good value for the price. If my 5 year old son loves it, I do too. I would definitely recommend.

Great Set for Construction Fans
My 2-year-old grandsons play with this for hours. We put some sand on a tarp on our back porch and they have many adventures. They don't use the small pieces yet. A couple of pieces could work better. The crane does not have a heavy enough base and has to be held down to operate. (But it can lift the trucks...so cool!) And, as with most sets, the connection for the fork lift/snow plow/scoop bucket eventually loosened so the attachments don't always stay on even with the added hook. I don't have the patience to figure out how to get all of the pieces back in the container, but it is a clever and versatile design for storage and play.

Definitely cheap made but recommend
Ordered for my 2 year old. The Crain he keeps pulling apart. But the trucks he absolutely loves. He's wrecked them about 100 times today and are still in good shape. The trucks are pretty sturdy. The Crain isn't so much. Is recommend an older child for the Crain. I'm going to put it up until he's a little older. Everything else he plays with great and doesn't break. 100% recommend for the money. You get what you pay for. Can't expect all metal when the price is this low.

Durable trucks. Crane stinks.
The vehicles are good quality. My sons are pretty rough on toys but these ones are made to snap apart in such a way that you can put them back together so the 6 vehicles are holding up very nicely. The extras for the site are nice, but there are no construction workers which my sons would've liked and there are only 2 rocks. None of the extras have a good way to be lifted by the crane which makes playing with the crane kinda boring. They should have am eye hole to link the hook through. The crane itself is pretty terrible. The base is not beefy enough to support the crane so it only stands by itself in a very specific position to balance out the load and if the moon aligns with Jupiter on the 3rd monday of the month... it's a nice idea to have a crane with this set but poor execution. Lastly, the dump truck doesn't dump...well at least we cannot get ours too. It looks like maybe it is suppose to, but we have put a lot of force into trying and we are afraid of breaking it if we pull much harder.

TONS OF FUN FOR ANYONE OF ANY AGE! SERIOUSLY! Incredibly Detailed & Very Playable. Get You One!
TONS of fun! The detail of these toys is amazing. Kids' imagination will be very much stimulated when playing with these incredibly appealing construction toys. The photos in the listing don't do the toys justice. You gotta see and touch them in person. My nieces and nephews have played the daylights out of these and enjoyed every minute of it. I'm 53 and even I love playing around with them. The T-crane really does lift objects and all the vehicles roll and have tremendous detail to make them so realistic. And this set is an AWESOME value because of what all you get for the price and the quality of it all. Several kids in my family have learned a lot about construction from interacting with this set. I just can't say enough good about it. If you've got kids of any age, get this set ASAP. Even if you don't have kids, get a set because you'll still enjoy it. Use it as a fun display on your desk at work or home or let the neighborhood kids play with it. It's just too much fun.
