The eufy smart scale is easy to set up and works well with the companion app. The Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connection syncs measurements automatically, which makes tracking progress over time very convenient. In addition to body weight, the scale provides multiple body measurements such as body fat, BMI, muscle mass, and other health metrics. The readings appear quickly and the app presents the data clearly. The design is simple and modern, and the glass surface feels sturdy. It also supports multiple users, which is helpful for households. One small downside is that some advanced measurements should be treated as estimates rather than exact values, but they are still useful for tracking trends. Overall, the eufy Smart Body Scale is a reliable smart scale with helpful features for anyone wanting to monitor their health at home.

Happy with these. Reasonably priced but the performance is like that of the higher priced range. You download the EUFY app which is free and doesn’t cost you anything when you use it. Gives a lot of data on top of your weight. BMR, BMI, bone density, % of body fat, muscle weight etc and it’s all presented to you very clearly on the app with graphics as well as hard info. You can also log food, set a reminder to weigh yourself etc I would make sure you have the app open when you get onto the scales and that your phone is close by to prevent any delays in data. They also come with batteries included. Very pleased with my purchase.

Great quality and very well built. However it's a bit temperamental and I've had readings of +/- 1 stone, depending on where I place it on my bathroom floor. I had it over a week and could only get the initial reading of weight, which wouldn't update. Stepping on the scale, I'd get the weight reading and the display would turn off and fail to record anything else. I contacted support, but they didn't really help me understand what was wrong. Apparently, if the first recording doesn't complete fully, subsequent reading won't be displayed. I stopped using the scale for about a week and tried again. This time I was able to complete the reading, basically, weight, followed by animation on the screen, something I'd never seen before, and an eventual complete reading. Problem is though, according to the app I had gained a complete stone in weight, very frustrating.

The scale offers a strong set of features and feels reliable when it comes to basic weight measurements. It’s generally accurate and easy to use, and the range of metrics it provides is impressive for the price. The body‑fat percentage and body‑composition readings can be hit‑or‑miss, so I treat them more as trends rather than precise numbers, but they’re still useful for tracking overall progress. The app is decent and gets the job done, though it could be smoother in places.

Best scales I’ve had. Seems to be accurate although not sure how accurate the body measurements are. Doesn’t matter as you can still see any progress for weight loss and muscle gain.

* The device uses weight to determine the user, so if you weigh the same as someone else, it logs it to the wrong person. * If another user's weight is added under your user in the app, then you can only delete the entry; you cannot move it to the other user. * If your wifi drops off or you change the password, it appears that you have to completely factory reset the device, delete it from the app, lose all your data and re-add it. * If you accidentally factory reset the device, it won't reconnect to the app, and you have to remove and re-add it, which deletes all of your data. * Support avoids answering your questions, or they state that they don't understand the problems (as listed above). They send you links to the documentation, but it does not answer the questions above. * Support is quick to respond to your first email. I'll give them that, but replies are not read until the next day, so resolving an issue can take a week+, especially as they don't appear to understand English. In summary, I gave up after a 3-day back and forth with support, and I've sent this back to Amazon for a full refund which was given.

The quality of the weight scale is very good. However the measurements of the different feature I believe it’s a little bit inaccurate. A bonus with this model is that it has WiFi built into it which can send data to my phone instead of connecting to the Bluetooth.

Happy with this purchase. No issues at all and accurate enough for my workouts :)

Works with an app but seems to be reliable scale

Returned it. The device is good but the app is crap. Had lots of issues with the app and returning the product is simply faster than getting support from the company.

A great scale, the WIFI is a gamechanger as you don't need your phone in the bathroom to weigh in. The stats seem all very accurate and the app is great. It syncs seamlessly with both Fitbit and Apple Health. The only thing to watch is when you first create a profile in the app, where you put your user and password, look at the top right and ensure your region is correct and matches for each user of the scale. If you don't spot it, it defaults to US then if another user signs up to share the scale and correctly sets the region to AUS, they will get an error. If this happens the easiest thing to do is delete the account via the Eufy website and start again, accessing support was not the best.
