Works perfect fixed my fridge

Easy install. Cooling well.

Worked well but must be used with supplied r134 style connection adapter. There is no shrader valve for the r22 connection.

This product was incredibly easy to use and after watching a video to double check I was connecting to the correct line for my deep freeze I haven't used in a couple years, I was easily able to restore the freezer to working condition. Make sure you understand how much refridgerant you need to put into your system so you don't add too much or too little.

Works great easy to use didn't have to throw a refrigerator away

Had to tap into my 5cf chest freezer after modifying it into a water chiller I had to refill it because I nicked a Freon line. Stuck a small piece of aluminum tape over the hole I drilled and then used JB clear weld epoxy and let it cure a three days before adding another layer of epoxy. Let it cure another week, installed this valve, pulled a vacuum, saw it held, charged it and it actually works better than when we stored food in it. Something to note is that when you’re done re charging be sure to close the piercing valve all the way. This adds an extra barrier to seal before the shredder valve. I don’t have any leaks.

There are not two tap kits in the package as the description implies. I was tricked. The description implies you get two for $9.xx. Not true. One kit... one tap and the 134a adapter.... the Schrader value core remover is included as well.
