When I started taking these I noticed an immediate difference in my body and weight. Though they are not intended for weight, my weight was caused by fungus and mold. The minute I started to kill that off in my body I could see all the thickness in my body decrease and I was surprised how quickly. Honestly, I feel that when you find a product that actually works these things happen. This works. I feel better and my mind is clearer. I see sweets now and just look the other way.
