How much is the "generous amount"? How does this compare to the Dr Teal salts as far as potency for pain relief?

I not sure what is considered a generous amount. I use about 2 cap fulls,I don't measure though. I like lots bubbles. I combined bubble bath with dr teals. satears.. I also use the shower wash with Peppermint n eucalyptus which good gor sinuses
