Great length although I still had to use a ladder to reach the top of my first floor flat windows. Very easy to use once I was able to tighten the pole at the two areas for extending the pole for it to reach its maximum height. One major problem however is the fact that the end of the pole is threaded but the end of the squeegee is not threaded so it cannot be secured and the head constantly falls off - and I was also unable to attach the other part for removing the water from the windows

Bought to clean our conservatory roof...worked as expected and was able to take the cloth off and wash it. Only downside was the packaging. It was so tightly packed with black plastic wrapped all down the handle and the head. It was very difficult to get off, and hubby ended up cutting his hand in the process. Totally unnecessary.

The product works well and even at full extension is effective.

Hands down this is the worst quality product anywhere. First the colour is dark orange and not yellow. the blade is such poor quality and thin not as per the image. the head is not properly manufactured so as you pull it down the window, you have to bend your arms to match the window contours; the extension is so difficult to fix in place due to the poor quality of hinges - nothing to grip as you try to tighten them. Most certainly this is not professional quality rather cheap marked replica standard

I like it because it is light and adjustable reaches high very good.

I do not recommend this product because an alternative will be sent that is less than adequate. Delivery excellent timing.
