The brick and mortar stores don't have any I've looked
Haven't had it long enough to see results, I read it will lower sugar level that and Manuka Honey, and cinnamon. Should kill a parasite living on the pancreas that sucks up the insulin it produces

Didn't work for me
I was using berberine for the past 2 years to control pre-diabetes. Recently my blood glucose was getting high so I changed up to using gymnema instead. I took it for 1 month and unfortunately, did not work for me. The reason I also stopped was the annoying headaches I would have throughout the day and upset stomach ocassionally. I went back to the berberine again. My results are my own and possibly gymnema might work for others.
