Use it for induction cooker?

To use with induction, the pan must have magnetic properties. This means you have to be able to make a magnet stick to the cooking surface. Aluminum or anodized aluminum does not have this property. Some aluminum pans will have a steel disc layer in the base which makes induction possible. This particular item is not induction compatible.

Are these black or dark blue?

Under a bright white light (as in an led) the pan appears to be dark blue. Under normal lighting conditions, it gives a black appearance.

What does the bottom look like?

The bottom looks like anodized Al. Back like the rest of the pan, but less shiney than the cooking surface. It cleans very easily and may be non-stick as well.

Most ceramic i've used (including from germany) are not metal utensil safe. what's in this to make it safe for metal utensils?

I don't think so. I believe it might scratch it. I haven't used metal on them but have noticed over time they became less non-sticky.
