I ordered this after seeing a suggestion for displaying items in a curio cabinet. I was able to stack and elevate vintage Christmas items at the back of the shelf to increase visibility. It also works to secure more "wobbly" items to the shelf so they don't fall over. Very strong adhesion when used as instructed on pkg. So far I have been able to reuse and reposition without damaging the shelf or item. Glad I found this.

Strong and durable! I'm using this putty to hold up a bunch of hot wheels on my wall and it's working perfectly so far. Doesn't leave behind any residue. I use 1 square of putty for Mainlines, 2 squares for Premiums, and 4 squares for the Team Transports and Premium 2-packs. It's great not having to use pins and leaving 100's of holes in the wall. I believe the putty is rated for 2lbs per every 4 squares (0.5lbs per square), so keep that in mind!

I followed the directions using this product and it worked perfectly. I've used it to attach the bottoms of pictures to the wall as well as hanging a child's coat rack on the wall. The pictures won't budge which is perfect and the coat rack it does wiggle a bit but I did double up the putty rather than just use a flat single piece so that's on me. I haven't had to take anything off the wall yet so I can't say with or not it will affect the paint or drywall. I didn't find it worked great for crystal figurine but again I may have doubled up so that may have been on me but it does not work at all on natural (unpolished) rocks.*Update- I had to remove the coat rack after 3 months and the paint wasn't hurt at all during the process.
