Great product. Adjusts easily for depth and is heavy (which you want) and well made. Does a good job of smoothing the dose in our Rocket portafilter.

Excellent quality, very weighty. Works as intended. Height can be adjusted depending on dose used. Gives a nice flat bed.

I've been using mine for years now - it's great! Turn it to the left and it distributed the puck, then turn it to the right and it levels. The only reason I didn't give 5* is because if I'm being picky, it could do with being 1mm wider, as there is a very slight gap around the edge whilst levelling. I did fix this slightly by putting a flat rubber band round the gap where the threads are on mine :)

Nice and heavy in the hand, fits perfectly in a 58mm portafilter. Good value for money, given that you can adjust it to different dose sizes. Relatively easy use, just spin a few times to get a good level.

I was sceptical if this would make any difference to the extraction, I was wrong. In conjunction with the WDT tool I purchased from Amazon, this has made a noticeable difference to the extraction. These feel very solid and well made. Super simple to use. Unwind the top in order to unwind the leveller part of the tool to set the required depth, and you are good to go. Absolutely brilliant.

My first attempt to review this item was rejected by Amazon because it apparently focused on one of five topics that are considered inappropriate. Having looked at it again, I can’t understand why the algorithm interprets the review in this way, but in the hope that this one gets through, I’ll limit myself to saying that that as the device comes with no instructions, I simply have no idea how to get the best out of it. I can tap down the ground coffee with no trouble at all, but how I am supposed to adjust it is beyond me. Through trial and error, I have gradually got used to it and so have increased my original rating from two stars to three.
