This foot pad is very helpful. I wish it did not fold up on to itself when I slip a sock on; however, it seems to separate my toes and ease the pain. I hope the toes will continue to stay separated and resolve the problem. I am happy with the product thus far!

I have a completely dislocated right little toe, and the metatarsal pad and toe separator on this silicone-rubber item are not quite strong enough to solve my problem. I needed a firmer restraint for my little toe and a thicker metatarsal pad under the distal ends of my right foot's three center metatarsal bones. Having said that, this toe separator and pad were better than nothing, while I searched for a better solution to my pain.

I really liked this product and it served its purpose well for playing soccer. It provided noticeable relief in the ball of my foot and helped reduce pressure and discomfort during games, especially in tight cleats. The gel cushioning was soft and effective for short periods of athletic use. However, it is not ideal for everyday wear. When used for regular walking, the bottom of the pad started coming apart fairly quickly and durability became an issue. Overall, it worked great as a temporary solution for sports, but I would not recommend it for daily use.

So I'm paranoid about getting bunions, I can see my big toes starting to move so I wanted to prevent that asap! Coupling these with wide toe shoes, these pads are comfortable, were easy to put on, even with socks over top, and comfortable for wearing for a few hours. I can see a difference already. They're stretchy which is nice and I had no issues getting them on. But, these aren't miracle work, you have to maintain your feet and toes too.

These do nothing for bunions or hammer toes. The pictures they show on all of their online ad show pads with substance and support. You get flimsy silicone toe spacers that are good for painting your toenails and not much more.

As far as toe separation, this doesn't work because the silicone pads between the toes is too soft and squishy, it compresses down like marshmallow and allows the toes to go where they normally go. And as far as metatarsal (ball of foot) pads go, this works, SORT OF. It's soft and squishy silicone, but it's so squishy that it lets your foot slip around like you're walking on sand, one step forward, half a step back. That caused me to have to take smaller steps to avoid slipping. I THREW THEM AWAY AFTER THE FIRST USE. Try another brand. I've had others that were firmer silicone that worked as intended.

I bought these pads for ice skating, since I had excruciating pain(on the verge of crying) while skating. After a few weeks skating, I grew a hard painful bump on the ball of my foot. NOTHING helped the pain until I bought these pads. Skating with them on, I felt ZERO pain. I was able to confidently and comfortably ice skate and walk after skating. Prior to these pads, I would be limping off the ice, barely able to walk. Bar far the best purchase I've made for my feet.

gel toe separators, I like that they are washable and a good value.
