Where can I purchase genuine Ceylon cinnamon?

Genuine Ceylon cinnamon is available in our online spice shop. Make sure you are purchasing Ceylon cinnamon with labels indicating “Ceylon Cinnamon” or “Cinnamomum verum.”

How do you know if the ceylon cinnamon is real

Ceylon cinnamon is lighter in color with a more delicate, sweet taste compared to other types. It is thin with multiple layers of bark, which is a characteristic of Ceylon cinnamon sticks, unlike the thicker, single-layered bark of cassia cinnamon.
