Can feel the difference
Great Vitamin D supplement for when you just can't get enough sunlight. Be careful taking too much though.

Mental health, immune and hormonal support ! Wow I feel such a difference when Im taking this weekly. It took two weeks to really feel the difference but I feel like a new person. I have generally low vitamin D but over time my levels have increased and I have so much more energy. Its like a dark cloud has cleared. Super easy to take. Definitely make sure you get your levels tested so you know where youre starting and how it impacts you 🙏

It’s a quality product with great results.
I have tried many different brands of D3 supplements . This is th only one that does not hurt my stomach. It tastes nice and is chewable.

This is recommended by an endocrinologist. Will need to see lab work in a few weeks to see how well it works. Vit d takes a while to get numbers up so give it time.

Chalky but doable. I mean it's a vitamin. *update* 7/2022. I admit to skipping taking these sometimes.... and completely stopped for 2 months. Then went back on them. However my blood work came back perfect so they are doing their job well it seems

Great Source of Vitamin D
I have a vitamin D deficiency and my joints have began to ache. I have experienced some improvement with these health issues and like having to take this vitamin once weekly. The wafer has a very pleasant taste, as well. I highly recommend this product.
