Meatzza chicken seekh was really good to taste. Honestly when you buy these seekhs of any brand they taste good. But this time i purchased Meatzza, ITC and a couple of other brands. I fried pieces from all the brands and then tasted them and then this one stood out. Also it had a higher chicken to soya ratio. This is an unfortunate legal adulteration which is passing off in India. Soya does not harm the body infact its veg based protein but then why add it to a chicken dish. Simple answer increase the quantity and reduce costs.
