Amazing option for a home gym on days you can’t make it to the gym. I am a full time employee and a full time student. Going to the gym is a passion of mine that I can’t squeeze in everyday but having the TRX in my house makes it a great option to hit everybody part I need to workout, when stressed for time. Great quality. Tons of workout options. Doesn’t take up any room in my house, even portable and can bring it to hotels with me when traveling when you get the full set. I haven't worked out in years. I used to be in phenomenal shape, but life, you know. I recently attempted pushups and failed miserably. Only 8!? How the mighty have fallen. Lol! I started looking for something that could let me progressively get back into shape. This is it. I just finished my first workout. I was able to do all of the exercises, at the beginner level, of course, but I have that full body burn and I feel like I did something. This is something I can do and it will adjust as my fitness level rises.

Package came with everything I needed. It was perfect. Easy to use. Fun to use. Have had a similar product before, this is much better. Easy to install too. Very versatile

I like the TRX system however it is definitely overpriced compared to some other knock offs on Amazon. And all the different packages you can purchase so I’m have this and some have that but none of them seem to have everything you want. I would say this is worth about half the money that I paid. The exercises are great though for strengthening your core and getting in shape balance and getting stronger. Proper form is essential and you must be careful not to hurt your back when doing core strengthening.

This is an outstanding complete TRX kit. I installed it on a ceiling joist in my basement and it works perfectly. It is great to have this type of professional equipment in your own home so you can use it when you want. The kit is great for the price and the product was authentic. I really enjoy using TRX as a supplement to my other workout routines.

Bought a "refurbished". It was missing a part. Had to return it and bought a new one.
