Can someone who’s tried both shampoo and gel compare efficacy, to account for formulation differences? Was either more scalp/hair-friendly?

If you are looking for more generalized washing out and removal of flakes, the shampoo is ideal. Both Keralyt 5 Gel and Keralyt 5 Shampoo can be used on affected areas of the scalp before bathing. Some consider the shampoo more convenient than the gel because you can simply add water, lather and rinse.
