Well made and heavy weight as expected. I baked yummy buttermilk biscuits in them today. Fried one egg in a skillet covered by another skillet. Preheated bottom skillet and used small amount of butter for the bottom of the skillets. They had already been covered with olive oil, rubbed in to complete surface on inside and left overnight before using them the next day for biscuits and egg. I baked the biscuits on 400 for 20 min. In the four uncovered skillets. The silicone mitts are a great idea but I prefer cloth heat pads for the tiny handles or leave them on the rack. Be careful, they’re heavy and slide on the rack easily.
