Good bands
quality seems good.

The quality of the bands is nice and one of the best feature is we get 3 bands with different level of resistance. I actually got these resistance bands for working out at home. These bands allows you to do variety of exercise depending which body part you want to focus. These are strong and durable and you even get a handy manual suggesting different exercises that can be done using the bands. Excellent value for the money one should surely go for it.

Good elasticity, durable loop bands
Loop bands came with four shades of blue i.e. Light, medium, heavy, extra heavy and I've used them all in past 4-5 days. Good resistance they produce which is good for building core muscles. Durable product came along with a pouch too. Quite helpful.

Broke in first repetition
It broke in first repetition itself. May be I got a defective piece as the quality appears nice. I have requested return. Finger crossed. Update: return was smooth as updated rating to account for good behaviour by seller
