I bought this 9 years ago and I’m still using it today! It’s been used very frequently and has still help up wonderfully for me. Turns off on its own if it’s left on too long, heats up super quick, I can straighten or curl with it easily, and I’ve never once found it not capable of doing the job of what I need. Great product!

I am very happy with this flat iron. It heats up in only a few seconds and straightens my hair quickly without damaging it. The plates glide smoothly and do not pull my hair. My hair looks shiny, soft, and frizz-free after using it. It is lightweight, easy to use, and works very well for the price. I would definitely recommend it!

My expensive straightener died, so I bought this Remington as a cheap temporary replacement. I was honestly shocked by how hot it gets. It hits 450 degrees in about 30 seconds just like the box says, and it actually straightens my thick hair in one pass without frizz. The 60-minute auto-shutoff is also a nice bonus since I'm always paranoid about leaving hot tools on. But you can definitely tell why it’s so cheap when you hold it. The biggest issue is the plates-they don't sit flush unless you squeeze the handle really hard. If you have a lot of hair to get through, your hand is going to cramp. You also have to be careful not to pull too fast, because my hair occasionally snags in the little plastic gap right by the hinge. Also, just a heads-up: the power cord is pretty short (only 6 feet), and it’s only 120V, so you can't take it on international trips without frying it. It’s not as smooth as a $150 premium iron, but if you just need serious heat on a budget, it’s a great deal.

My wife ordered this flat iron. Below is her review of this product. I am no flat iron expert but I think this is an excellent product. My hair is naturally wavy (straight after a wash) therefore I do not need to use straight iron daily. Whenever I use this iron, it does a fabulous job of styling my hair. I use it as a flat iron and a curling iron (with you-tube’s aid) and get good results. First let’s talk about shipping and delivery. Shipping was quick and the package was delivered in a timely manner and was very well packaged. I was a little skeptical of buying this because of low price but once I started using it I realized it’s as good as the chi iron I was using earlier. It is well made with curved edges (helps in use as a curling iron ) , multiple heat settings, a good LED display and a very useful feature auto shutoff.The auto shutoff feature is a huge relief for someone like me who often forgets to check if the devices are switched off before leaving the house.When I used it for the first time I didn’t read the instruction manual and got good results. The next time I used it, I read the instruction manual which is full of useful tips, specially related to the temperatures settings for different hair types and those instructions made a huge difference! My hair was styled better, looked better, felt so much better and in less time too! Only one thing, the description says ceramic iron, but it doesn’t feel like ceramic iron. Though it works very well, probably as good as a ceramic iron, I am not sure if it is ceramic. Having said that, I feel this is a wonderful low cost alternative to more expensive but similar flat irons in the market. All in all, I really like this Flat iron and I am glad I tried it before splurging on more expensive irons.

Excelente relación calidad y precio. Estaba buscando una baby liss, pero compré está y cumple perfectamente esa función, me deja el cabello super brilloso y no pesa, no me cansa.

Big problem with this product is that it cannot be plugged into any Indian socket. You need an adapter or converter to use this product . Adapter is not included with this product. Otherwise its a good product quality wise.. does not damage your hair.. no stickiness after straightening

Esta plancha ha pasado a ser de mis favoritas, quedé bastante conforme. Su diseño puede no ser el más bonito de remington pero se ve elegante. Calienta rápido, plancha el cabello en 1-2 pasadas, tal vez tampoco sea el modelo con el deslizamiento más suave de Remington pero definitivamente no te dará tirones y te dejará el cabello suave, sin frizz y con un hermoso y sutil brillo. El cabello no huele a quemado, sin embargo ten cuidado con usar la temperatura más alta, considero que es únicamente para cabello muy grueso o rizado. Yo lo tengo ondulado y esponjado y no hizo falta llegar a tal nivel. Si quieres mejores resultados y obviamente cuidar tu cabello utiliza los tratamientos capilares adecuados para ti y un protector de calor. La remington pearl pro cumple lo que promete, ni más ni menos. No encontrarás mejor oferta que esta.
