This is a beautiful book. It is well written and has beautiful color photos of almost all of the recipes. I was very impressed with all of the tips and tricks she has in the book. She covers various ingredients and equipment used to make all of the recipes and explains them in a clear and simple way that even the most novice baker can understand. The book has wonderful recipes for cakes, pies, cookies, breads, muffins, puddings, etc. that all look delicious. The book includes the recipe for her famous sweet potato pie. Can't wait to make it. I would recommend this book to anyone from a new cook to an experienced baker. Well worth the price!

Succinctly shipped seller for the eastern US/Canada seaboard.
I really like the beautifully wrapped shipment of this recipebook. One of her recipes was rendered better tasting than it looks by my mom. Patti LaBelle ties in family ethnic traditions and quips to homestyle "soul" kitchenning. No gourmet "funny" styff. I would recommend this book to GanaDora Dorian of Season 10 #MasterChef as a must-have collection. Not that she needs it, but as an authentic heirloom. This is not her 2021-published 20th Anniversary Collection of an anthology of delicious main-course meals, but her dessert choice preparations. An altered version of "the Pi" is in hurrere!!!

Good but not great.
I was very excited to get her book but was very disappointed when I received. It didn't have that many great recipes in it. Her first cookbook was much better.

Thank you for fast shipping. This book looks to be brand new and in great condition. I really liked the price. These recipes bring back childhood memories and I want to recreate the smells and taste of those times. I would buy books from your store again.

Wonderful sounding recipes - can't wait to start trying a couple of them. Some of my cookbooks never get used due to complicate recipes and expensive ingredients, so I donate them to Goodwill. But, this cookbook is a keeper and I will plan on purchasing some of Patti LaBelle's earlier cookbooks. Also, she added a lot of cooking tips and some person memories. Very nice!
