Good stuff
I take these right before night and I'm losing weight pretty quickly. Which is an added Plus because all I got them for was blood sugar levels and they are very effective at helping with that. You should still consult a doctor but these are pretty good.

Caused Heart Palpitations! Zero Star Rating, had to put this to do review.
Took this for 2 weeks. Started getting heart palpitations and not feeling very well. Did not help with sugar levels at all. Will not take anymore and do not recommmend to anyone. By the way after I stopped taking them heart palpitations went away.

I noticed nothing, so I didn't reorder. Maybe others did, but can't say it was anything but a sugarpill!!

It works if you take it as directed.
My endocrinologist decided that he no longer wanted to have me as a patient, but I did not panic. I have decided to do my research and reverse my diabetes. This stuff has worked wonders and it is easy to take. It is also cost effective.

Not very effective
I saw an add for this on YouTube and gave it a shot. It was supposed to control glucose. I wear a constant glucose monitor and found every time I took a dose of this supplement my glucose went very high and took hours to recover. Stopped taking it after 3 days.
