Very pleased with this product! I’ve been having some mild soreness in my knee upon getting back into jogging and this simple compression sleeve seems to help. I measured my thigh 16.5 in just above the knee and a medium fits me great. I just went for a 3 mile run in the Texas heat and I don’t think it slipped at all and felt quite comfortable.

The size I ordered needed adjustment and the company was fantastic to work with. Communicative and answered messages quickly. They fixed our issue. Overall this is a great quality product

Work well but the material applied to keep in place deteriorates.

Allergic reaction to gripping/silicone material. The fit is great and they help with stability, however, the material in the description said nylon mix and I had an allergic reaction to whatever they used to make the gripping section in the top band. I did not have an allergic reaction to the knee brace itself. Only to the gripping material on the top of the knee pad.

It fits and it feels great! The material is not itchy for me. I originally ordered a XL but that was too big below knee. The large fits better for me. It would be better if the knee cap area was more snug but it still does the job intended. It slides on very easy and stays in place. The back of knee area could use less material to reduce the overlapping of materials. My measurements are 15.5” below knee and 19” above knee (5” from knee cap). I would recommend this compression sleeve. I use it for walking and knee pain after leg day.

I order thes POWERLIX Knee Compression Sleeve (Pair) back in January 2026. I recently notice that the one knee sleeve that that gel was coming attached from the knee brace. I emailed on 6/12/26 POWERLIX Customer Support enlosed pictures of the defected knee commpression sleeve and the Amazon receipt. On 6/15/2026 POWEERLIX sent me a new Knee Compression Sleeve (Pair). POWERLIX Customer Support provided outstanding customer service by sending out Knee Compression Sleeve (Pair) within 3 days.

Just ordered 2 more of these great knee sleeves. I’ve had unlock brace, and several other types of sleeves but none feel as good and stay up like this sleeve. I’m an elder female at 86 and have had a left robotic knee replacement in 2024, now the right knee decided to go wacky on me. After 3 days wearing this sleeve plus knee conditioning exercises, I can walk without a cane and the pain to left of patella is manageable.. So grateful to find a comfortable sleeve that won’t slide down. There is a good reason for 60,000 plus good reviews!

Ho avuto una distorsione al ginocchio, con queste ginocchiere mi sento più sicura nella camminata. Non si notano notto ai pantaloni. Consiglio di prendere una taglia in più rispetto a quella che viene indicata.

Ho provato diversi tutori ma spesso è difficile trovare la taglia precisi, questi calzano aderenti al punto giusto. Li ho acquistati da poco ma devo dire che appena li indossi senti la differenza, senti il sostegno. Vengo da una brutta distorsione, come provo ad allenarmi l'articolazione va in sofferenza. Ieri li ho usati li ho usati per la prima volta e dopo la sessione di allenamento ed il giorno dopo non ho avuto problemi. Cosa importante è che non si muovono e non scivolano. Li consiglio.

If you have a knee problem,this product does not support at all.Another peoblem is that you have to return to the seller by yourself. Amazon was very helpful and solved that problem.
