Great coffee maker . Somedays I need a travel cup size and on the weekends I need a pot of coffee. This does both; the single brew and basket change out easy and it brews fast .

Everything works, fantastic coffe maker love the separate water line, and that u could move the water tank so it fits in any space easily, didn't come with manual but it's easy to find online, no odor just ran a clean cycle before first use, sleek appearance love the touch screen, have had no issues, brews faster then my old Keurig that after a year just wouldn't turn on

I hesitated for a minute before pulling the trigger on this but boy I’m glad I got it. When my other coffee maker died (yes, you know the one) I was determined to try something new. I loved the fact that this had both k cup and carafe capabilities as well as the ability to make ice coffee. It froths too! Now if it would just fold laundry!!!!

I had the same Keurig coffee maker for over 13 years. Loved it. I knew they didn't make the same on any more and worried about the day it stopped working. Well, that day came a couple weeks ago. I struggled with what I was going to replace it with. This Ninja coffee maker had everything I wanted. Various size cups, a full carafe and more. I don't know how, but the coffee is SO much better.

I really like this machine. I set it to brew in the morning so it’s ready when I get up. I also love that I can just brew a single cup but also can use kcups and it has a built in frother. No more replacing batteries in the hand held one.

Absolutely love the coffee maker! Unfortunately, the warming plate quit working after 8 months! Because it is a refurbished unit and the warrenty is only 90 days, they are not able to help us and we will have to replace it. Very disappointed this happened in the first year, especially since we loved how it brews! 😔

This is the best coffee maker I have ever owned. I love being able to froth the milk and the coffee tastes great. It's a refurbished unit and it is just like new. It would be better if I could set the amount of coffee in the carafe to less than 28 ounces, but the settings don't let me do that; and I can't keep the carafe warm if I want less than 28 ounces of coffee. If I put less than 28 ounces of water in the reservoir the coffee maker beeps and tells me to add more water. So I usually just make a mug of coffee, and if I need more I put in a new filter with another spoonful of ground coffee. I reheat the coffee mug in the microwave when it cools off too much. Coffee pods work well, but it is a little difficult to get the pod adapter to fit correctly into the brew basket location. I would give the overall rating 5 stars if there were more settings for the amount of coffee that you want to brew.

I really enjoy this coffee maker, I like that it's easy to clean because the inserts come out and you can wash them so you don't get coffee grinds in your next coffee, I especially like the feature of the hot water that has a separate tube so now you can have t and not have to worry about coffee flavors getting into the tea, I had use the previous model of the Ninja Brewer And I really liked a lot of the features it had and that was the reason why I purchased this newer one because of the separate water spout for boiling or hot water. I believe this is a good value for what I've seen online, The temperature of the water I think is hotter than a Keurig which I had previously, The size factor is a decent size I do like that the water tank can go behind it or on the side of it so it can fit pretty much anywhere you want on the counter. Overall we are very happy with it I definitely recommend it.

UPDATED: I missed seeing the little fold down shelf at the front for single serve kcup brewing. Using that completely eliminated the splatter, so I upped the rating to 5 stars. Really remarkably well made machine. Highly recommend. So I purchased the dual brew in October and from the start I was having issues that so many have cited that the machine kept saying "add water" despite the reservoir being full. I kept adjusting the tank on the side and trying over and over and finally got frustrated enough to call Ninja and they took my serial number and information and shipped me a replacement base within a couple of days. Was pleasantly surprised that they were willing to help me resolve my frustrations within a single phone call. Now as for the machine itself, it's fantastic. It honestly brews the best k-cup coffee I've ever had with any number of keurig-based devices (and I've owned brand name Keurig and Cuisinart and a number of other $$$ machines). The coffee is rich and flavourful, which made me realize I had been drinking watery coffee for years with the other machines. I love that you can choose between making a full pot of coffee (makes about 4 cups in the carafe and you'll need to buy a separate filter) or a single brew k-cup. The milk frother on the side works wonderfully and is easy to detach and put into your dishwasher to clean. You can also adjust a knob on the side to brew hot water only for tea. The device takes a bit to learn .. there's a lever on the bottom at the front that shuts off any flow of liquid and you toggle it left/right to brew and not brew. And the knob on the side toggles between kcup and carafe brew. It DOES sputter, there's coffee splatter all over and the reason why this system lost a star for me, but I'm hoping this is because I had a defective product. Otherwise it makes a really good cup of coffee. Visually, the machine is sleek and the operating functions give you so many choices -- from regular coffee to richer coffee (less water), to iced coffee setting. You can also rotate the reservoir from the side to sliding it around to the back to change the physical footprint of the coffee maker -- which is handy if you have limited counter space. Overall it's a great machine, and if you are having issues with "add water" I recommend calling Ninja directly, they honour their product which makes them a good company in my books.

Cheaper to run just as needed

Tiene funciones muy buenas que me ayudaron a despejar mi espacio de cafeteras, como los pods y la funcion de dar agua caliente, pero lo malo es que cuando elijo agua caliente del dipensador hace un salpicadero de agua por todos lados, lo mismo pasa al usar los pods, el agua no sale controlada, sale a chorro y moja al rededor. Es bonita, pero las funciones adicionales no estan controladas.

After purchasing, and discovering it is refurbished, I reviewed the text on the listing. At the end it has in brackets (renewed). This is misleading. It should clearly state it is a refurbished product.
