They are absolutely beautiful dolls to look at and display nicely. The problem is that they don't hold up well to constant play by children. The body and head are wobbly, they don't stand up without the help of a doll stand, and on some of the varieties, the hair keeps falling out. I can't imagine putting any of these in water and ever having them look the same afterwards. If these mermaids are just used for display, they are amazing!

Purchased an opened box item came perfect. Maybe a couple strands of hair were a little bit polled, but that could’ve also been from us opening it otherwise looks perfect. It’s functioning part perfect all the parts were there and my daughter is super happy and that’s all that matters and I saved a few bucks

Love the colors! So vibrant! Love the hair and the color but it tends to tangle, break off or come out easily. She is a great addition to our Mermaze Mermaids collection!

I have always loved this line and I've had my eye on Riviera for a minute now but various life events have prevented me from getting a copy until now. I LOVE her design, such an iconic look! I also only paid like 20 bucks which is a good deal here. Her hair is also longer than the picture shows, it's fully touching the shelf I have her displayed on while she's standing on her fin. Her hair is insanely long and the packaging did a decent job protecting the style and texture! Her hands also nicely hold the guitar for posing which is perfect because it's such a vibe! As far as criticism goes, I will say the jacket did limit mobility and I couldn't pose her arms until I removed it sadly. It also seems like she leans a bit forward while standing on her fin which is sort of a reoccurring thing with some of the dolls from the first wave but still good to mention. Her necklaces also feel a bit much? like she has 2 and they're overlayed but as a doll, they're a bit more in the way, it might've been better if they were combined into one piece as a single sculpt to give the illusion of 2.

My daughter loves these mermaids. They have such beautiful vivid colors, beautiful hair, and she loves how the tail changes colors in hot and cold water. Beautiful packaging makes easy to gift.

She has a very pretty face and her outfit is great, but OH MY GOSH the hair is an absolute disaster. A doll should not have this much hair, I think it is trying to consume me, my pets, and possibly my neighbors. And that’s WITH all the pieces that are just coming out at random. I keep finding curls. Plus if any strand gets stretched out it stays stretched and doesn’t bounce back into its curl, so even more of a mess. If you don’t hear from me in a week, assume I have been eaten by the fuzz nest of doom.

These dolls go for $35 and up at most stores and I got a deal on this. It's a huge hit with my 5 year old. Typical Barbie but with a tail at a great price.

Her step daughter really love it she love mermaids. Came in time fast delievry perfect looking.

La poupée Riviera, très rock n Roll, avec sa queue en forme de guitare heavy métal et sa veste en cuir écaillé, est juste magnifique, je n'ose pas la déballer, sa boîte est magnifique également, laissant entrevoir sa nageoire qui est le haut de la guitare, c'est trop beau et ce qui m'a fait l'acquérir. Son regard est fou lui aussi , avec des yeux incrusté mais c'est léger et naturel je dirais, peut être grâce à un mal eup prononcée autour des yeux. Pour moi le seul défaut de la poupée serait ses cheveux, pour une petite fille qui voudrait jouer avec , je n'imagine même pas l'état de ses cheveux, même pour une pièce de collection, l'entretien serait délicat , c'est pourquoi je conseillerais de ne pas la deboxer 🤷
