These are very good. I feel more energetic. However, they are just too large for me to swallow. Breaking them in halves or fourths don’t work for me. The sharp edges are hard to get down. I have to cut them into sixths and still be cautious about sharp edges. I’ll wait and see if I get tired of the extra work and worry. I’m going to start looking for something comparable in a capsule just in case. Too bad.

I started taking these about 5 months ago. I’m a kidney transplant recipient and I was needing a boost in my hemoglobin and platelet counts. Two weeks ago I had my labs drawn for a check up and my numbers were amazing! These are slightly pricier than what you might buy OTC, but so worth the investment in your health!

I’ve been taking these vitamins for about 2 years now and I’m positive they have helped improve my health. In my younger years I would always buy vitamins and never take them on a consistent basis but I’ve stuck with this one from the beginning and am thankful for it. I’ve had no side effects at all yes they are a little pricey but well worth it.

Very strong powerful vitamin. Difficult to swallow if broken in half because of the edges. I wish it was in a capsule.
