Great ideas to help you think. What do you need to feed? What do you need to burn down and start anew? What do you need to revisit. I found it helpful and even went back to add on, change up and cross out things completed

This is a great book to get you started on shadow work specially if you’re a beginner. it’s pretty step-by-step

Really good, haven't finished but really inspires you to do the work. Written with clarity and compassion. Author really has done the work herself. Highly recommend.

It helps to dig deep in finding the root cause of things that holds us back from being in peace with ourselves and others.

Filler and fluff. There were so many filler pages and unneeded spacing around paragraphs. It was definitely intended to make this book appear longer than it actually was. It is a glorified pamphlet with rehashed sayings you'd hear scrolling through TikTok. The exercises weren't particularly unique or thought provoking, and the lack of depth in the writing made me untrusting of the author. Even at 7 bucks, I feel this book is overpriced. As a book lover, I did the more criminal thing at the end--threw it in the trash. The bummer part was I WANTED to love it. I really approached it with so much earnest enthusiasm, but the material didn't hold space for real exploration.
