This is a great product to have around, especially if you have sore, tired muscles . It has a cooling affect and helps take the soreness away . It’s easy to apply with a twist and turn stick . It has a mild menthol smell which I didn’t find overpowering .

I can’t say enough about the stick. I am literally never without it. I use it for headaches and migraines so I rub it on my neck, along my temples, and sometimes across my forehead. It goes on so smoothly and absorbs so quickly, and within minutes I feel the icy coolness of the peppermint. That icy feel lasts about 15-20 minutes which I’m always so grateful for when my head hurts. Because it’s natural ingredients you can reapply. It is pricy but I don’t mind spending it because it works and it’s good quality essential oils. I don’t know how long the stick lasts for because I always end up giving it away to a friend in desperate need of pain relief- it works on other muscle pains and aches too. Be careful if you use it on your face not to put it too close to your eyes. They will water and maybe burn from the peppermint if you’re sensitive. I buy this over and over again and never leave the house without it.

I have a shoulder separation and this product does a great job of instantly making soreness go away. Only downside (and it’s worth it) is the strong menthol odor.

This product's active ingredient is 10% menthol which OTC is about as strong as you can get. It helps with pain enough to get through between acetaminophen doses. And smells like wintergreen not menthol?

This stick literally saves my life! When medication doesn’t cover my back pain or surgical muscle pain this is my life saver! I highly recommend this for everyone!!! I have also tried the cream and it works just as well!! I will put it on in the am about 5:45am and I can still feel it after working a 12 hour shift. It will feel hot and cold throughout the day without reapplying the topical medicine! The smell is really nice but kinda strong so if you are sensitive to smells maybe not your best option but it works so well if you’re hurting bad enough the smell won’t matter!
