I purchased two of these Nesolo Full HD two camera dash cams. I assembled the unit for testing and plugged into my cigarette lighter. The lighter plug popped, flashed and smoked. Not good. I then connected the dash cam to a known good USB charger and the camera seems to works ok. For the cheap price I think I will try another third party cigarette lighter plug. I won't open the second unit till I test further as this may become a return DOA purchase. Three stars because the dash cam seems to work ok so far but be prepared to provide your own cigarette lighter power adapter plug. I imagine the seller may offer a replacement plug but never seeing an power adapter fail like this before I don't think I would trust a replacement. Update 06/26/17 The seller reached out to me through Amazon and offered to replace my defective unit in it's entirety or just the power cord, my choice. Also I used the dash cam with my power USB cord on a 1600 mile round trip without any issue. The dash cam seems to be preforming very well. The suction cup mount held without fail. For the price I would recommend this dash cam for those of you looking to spend a little less but still get what appears to be a good dash cam solution. Updated my star rating from 3 to 5.

Product came in like it was suppose to and the video quality was very good... BUT the camera had an electrical short and started to turn on and off by itself when plugged in then would read the SD card, then all a sudden not be able to read it. Item was returned and a couple days later my car battery (2015 year model) started to malfunction and needed to be replaced.

I've been running this in my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon for several months now. I have a cargo rack on the back, and huge tires (including the spare) so the remote rear camera is mounted down in the corner of the back window. That's one of the reasons I went with this dashcam, the remote camera. Has a good wide angle views. It's full HD for the front, and VGA (640x480) rear view. With stupid drivers these days, a dash cam is a must have. It hasn't happened to me yet, but dash cams end arguments in court cases. I have posted a few idiot-morons on Youtube with video from this cam. I even gave the cops a video of a woman who emptied an entire ashtray out the window while sitting in front of me at a traffic light. The license plate was easy to read in the video even though a 120 or so degree wide angle. You can also see the dozens of butts on the ground after she pulled away. In the Jeep, it's also used for posting trail videos as it's running all the time anyway. I don't have to bother with a Go Pro on the dash, I can use that mounted on a fender or the like instead.

I bought this camera because i needed a cheap yet good quality device so i can monitor and review events of the day and as evidence i. Any situation that called for it. When i saw this camera i was immediately convinced due to the features in which it advertised. After using the product for over 1 year, i can honestly say that this is the best bang for your buck. Video: 7/10 The video quality is on par with its price point, that being said, it works perfect. I am able to read clearly the number plates of other vehicles and it works just as good when driving at night. Sound: 6/10 I honestly take off the mic as it picks up all in car convos and i thinks its a little invasive. However it is ok quality and easy to hear and understand what is being said. Reverse camera:6/10 The reverse/ rear camera is where this product gets my mixed feeling. While the reverse camera, which works while you are diving, works great. The reverse camera feature isnt accuratw and i dont reccommend that unuse it for an average when in reverse. All that being said, if u dont care for the reverse camera feature like me, i would reccommend this dashcam to anyone that is looking for a cheap yet funtionable product to use.

Mine lasted 3 days, it would power on to a dead screen. Did not come with a card. I ended up getting and installing a Cobra product from Costco, it had a card and all the wires, adapters and mounting equipment and was done with no fuss or muss. I much better install than this but hey, Amazon has a great return policy!

The quality resolution & the clarity Night vision of this cam is the only pros! Why I'm Disatisfied? This cam is suppose to have parking mode surveillance upon detection, but the cam only functions as long as it is charged to your cig lighter, as soon as your car shuts off so will the cam & does not have a battery preserve life to keep it working when someone else approaches your car upon impact as it should which is why I purchased it in the first place! I made a long 8 hr trip recently & it never charged my cam which is disappointing to have to spend $ on having to buy a charger for the house to see if it charges it at a full capacity.. Also, I havnt been able to install my back camera because there is no clear instructions on how to hook it up to your back light which is another addtl cost! Also, I purchased a 32gb sd card Class 10 & it didn't even last 2 full days before it kept saying my files were not saved so perhaps specifying an exact memory as card that would help you with the performance of the cam. This cam also tends to swivel loosely despite of tightening it up with the hardware it brings. I like the fact that its small, but over all it does not work for any parking watch mode since the cam shuts off immediately. All this cam is good for is to record if u can continue deleting files on a daily basis.. If I have a defective cam or if I should be putting in a special battery for the cam to work after my car shuts off pls let me know.

Was a great dash cam while it worked. Now it turns off by itself and has a weird look to it on the screen. Update 7/29/17 They email me back and are working on sending me a new dash cam once I get it I will update this review again. 8/5/17 Update I have received my replacement and it is working great. I'll update in a few weeks.

Amazing dash cam. All the basic functions you need at a great price! This is the third cam I’ve been through and tbh, best one so far. No glitches, no faulty buttons. Video/pictures are very clear.
