Great taste
Love this soy sauce. One taste and you realize why your homemade dishes never quite tasted as good as what you get at a restaurant. This makes all the difference.

Yes, you need this one, too
I wasn't sure this would be much different from our usual Japanese tamari--but it is! It isn't overly salty, which means I can use more of it on stir-fries for the complex umami flavor.

Highly recommend even with high price
By far the best soy sauce I have ever tasted. If you're into cooking, or value high quality ingredients, this makes a significant difference. Yes it is expensive. I buy it on sale.

Delicious!
I love this soy sauce ... might be a lot of sodium, but if you're drowning your food in it you're using soy sauce wrong, anyway. Took a hot minute for the delivery, which I'm getting a little sick of stuff advertised as Prime and then turning out to not be two-day delivery (maybe don't take my sub money and invest in grocery stores I can't shop at and take the ads out of your Prime videos), but in this case I assume it was demand.

Fake Product
It arrived like this. Label was obviously torn off another bottle. The foil seal under that cap was not secure and had leaked. Seems like it was put there by hand. The soy sauce was just regular soy sauce, not momofuku.

Something different from Kikkoman
It different. Lighter and sweeter than Kikkoman. It’s also way more expensive. I don’t use it for cooking, more a dipping sauce.
