Since charging the keyboard has a mind of its own, just scrolling to bottom of the screen. How do i fix this ctrl+k is not working. I had this as gift

I don't know the answer to this but things I would suggest trying would be: - Check all of the keys to make sure that none of them have become stuck down, in particular arrow keys and the arrow keys on the numpad. - Check to see if there is anything else plugged into the computer than could be causing this issue - in particular game controllers. - Try unplugging the dongle and plugging it in again. - Turn both the keyboard and the PC off and on again. - Press the FN lock key (padlock in the top right of the main part of the keyboard) in case there is some kind of function key weirdness. If that fixes it, check the function keys in case something odd is happening with them.

The keyboard is noot responding to usb reciever. It is fully charged and the plusb port is working. I have been using for 2 lonths no problem. Fix?

If you have been using the keyboard for two months and it is not working any more. I would suggest that it is a fault, but before you chase the sellers down, make sure you have the switch to on and not off by mistake. It sounds silly but some people sometimes forget things.
