I was surprised at how much that little touch boosted my confidence.The Danish dough whisk is surprisingly effective – I never knew mixing could be this easy (or less messy). The lame is sharp and easy to handle, and made scoring my loaf much more precise compared to using a kitchen knife.What really stood out was how this kit felt like it was designed for people like me – someone who's just starting out but wants to do it right.
