Does a 12 gauge cord fit?

Hello this size fits cable range 0.24in-0.47in (diameter）and it could fit 12-gauge. Please note do not tighten cable glands at once as it will be hard to reverse once clamp the cord.

How can this fit 4mm .. that's 1/8" ??????
