I bought this ear cleaning pump thinking it would be “just another Amazon gadget”… but WOW. After using the liquid included to loosen the wax and doing the cleaning, I started hearing sounds I forgot even existed Now I can hear the clock ticking, my neighbor walking upstairs, the microwave beeping… I think I even heard my wallet crying after all my Amazon purchases Super easy to use, great quality, and it honestly made a huge difference. If your ears sound like an old radio with bad signal, try this thing Highly recommended!

Easy to use, both in the application phase and cleanup. Be prepared to get into a comfortable position to maintain the solution inside the ear canal for at least 15 minutes.

This was the second thing I tried after the first just stopped my ear up. This didn't fare any better. I just went with the tried and true—peroxide.

I had both ears full of hardened wax. In the past I have used drug store ear drops and it required 48 hours of soaking with multiple applications for each ear. I also had to put cotton in my ears to keep the oil type drops in my ear which basically left me deaf. It did work after that period of time but was a big hassle. This product is much faster working. I used one tube in one ear at a time then waited one half hour while lying down with that ear up. After that time I did the flush out with warm water. I do have a better pump spray type flushing gadget than the included bulb but I have used them successfully in the past as well. With the aid of my sweetheart, I then did the flushing along with gentle use of an ear wax removal scoop and was able to remove the entire plug on each side, one at a time. I'll attach a photo of some of the wax that I got from each ear with the tip of my finger to show scale.

Not sure why this works so well. The ingredients are water, alcohol, benzalkium chloride, sodium bicarbonate. My guess is that it’s the recommendation to leave the drops in for 20-25 minutes, then rinse with very warm water is what really does the trick. I had a clogged ear for over a week. The peroxide drops didn’t work for me, but possibly it’s because I only leave those in for 5 minutes and rinse with room temp saline. In any case these work. Make sure you leave the drops in the 15-25 minutes recommended, and rinse with very warm water with the ear syringe. For me it unclogged my ears after the first use. I followed up with 2 more treatments in the next two days and have been fine since.

This does not work. Waste of money. i soaked in the drops 30 minutes and rinsed thoroughly and not a single bit of wax came out. All I succeeded in doing is wasting my money and time and giving myself an earache. They advertise Works in one dose. Not as advertised.

This is the BEST EAR WAX REMOVAL PRODUCT OUT THERE.... THAT'S IT ....

Worked on 5th sachet which was good as I had particularly stubborn earwax!
