Good product i gifted this to my father and when it came i didnt charge it but worked 1month without charging and when charged 1st time it charged full in 15 min and worked till 1.5 mnths

The first thing i noticed was that it was not a fresh factory pack. The product didn't have the official design cover as shown in the description and was carelessly packed. But I decided to keep it if it serve the purpose . Then, there is no way of knowing the charging status. When connected to the power supply a white indicator is turned on and it just keep like that till the power is disconnected. From the manual i learnt that the model i am holding has a charging time 10 hours. Even after 11 hours there is no change in the indicator light. Its not possible how much charge remain or if the charge is full. The trimmer functions well, don't have anything much to complain about. The nine tools will let you trim anyway you choose. But the battery time falls short. I didn't exactly measure how long it lasts, but definitely less than the claimed one hour. If you are not strict about one hour single charge operation, its an ok product. Overall experience didn't keep up with the brand reputation though.

Product received in good condition. Working well. Very skin friendly and safe to use, no cuts or irritation even on sensitive areas. Blade quality is good and one stroke trimming is true. Happy with Philips quality. Thank you seller.

I bought the Philips MG3710/65 9-in-1 trimmer and overall I’m happy with its performance. The trimmer feels well built and the self-sharpening blades provide a smooth grooming experience. It works well for beard trimming as well as nose, face and body grooming. The different attachments are useful and make this a versatile grooming kit. The trimmer is comfortable to hold, easy to clean and convenient for regular use. The 60-minute runtime is also sufficient for several grooming sessions on a single charge. My main complaint is that there is no clear indication when the battery is fully charged. It would be much better if the trimmer had a proper charging indicator showing the battery level or clearly indicating when charging is complete. Apart from this issue, the overall quality, performance and attachments are good. Philips should consider adding a proper full-charge/battery-level indicator in future models.

It's a good trimmer but the nose attachment is of no use it don't work properly. Value for money only if you buy it on offers or just for normal use. Matte finish. Overall safe till now after 3 months of use. Not so comfortable while using. Removes hair

The light on trimmer stays on always when charging. When current is on it stays on. No indication or way to know if the trimmer’s battery is fully charged or not. The light just stays on when current is on. Even if you keep it connected to charger for a really long time, it will stay on always. Holding the trimmer in hand feels good. It has good design for it & also weight & weight distribution. Also, the trimmer looks good. There is no 0.5mm size which I need to trim my beard. It begins with 1mm or without guard. For the price I paid for this trimmer the MI Charger that I bought around 1000 INR much back had much better facilities. It charged way too faster than this. This trimmer charges very slowly & takes way too long time. It had 3 lights that turned on depending on the level of charge when connect to electricity, indicating the battery level. It does not has as good feeling of holding, or weight distribution as this trimmer. This is the part where this trimmer out dos. Because of the above stated reason, this trimmer feels very good while using. Also, the appearance of this Philips trimmer is very good. I have the black-green version.
