Hold the cupboard up

I think I may got ones that are stronger than needed, these hold a cupboard hinged at the top, over a metre wide up no problem, in fact it is a bit of a pull to get it to clse. Does exactly what I needed, easy to install but could have probably got some smaller ones. My mistake, struts do exactly what they should
