Easy to swallow and great energy.
I really like this product. I can tell a difference when I take these vs. when I forget. I have more energy during the day. I have trouble swallowing capsules, but the liquid caps are easy to swallow. Even though these are pretty big, they slide right down my throat easily. I like that they have Omega's too.

Believe the Hype!
After losing my mom to cancer, I was not sleeping well. Consequently, my energy level got worse by the day. I was a zombie! I've heard ads for Bio35 for over 20 years and thought, "It's just a vitamin! It can't be that amazing." Well... six months of no sleep or energy & I was ready to try anything. I ordered the 100 count bottle just hoping for a bit more energy to get me thru the day. I'd seen reviews where people said Bio35 helped them sleep better, but I didn't dare to dream. The bottle arrived and I was surprised to see it says to take THREE pills a day. It seemed like a lot, but I'm desperate. By day two on Bio35, I feel a bit more pep. Super! Night two: wham! I slept like a baby. I couldn't believe it! Every night since then I've slept normally and my energy level is up. I don't know if it's all in my head or what, but my old vitamins are now in the trash. Bio35 is worth the cost to feel & sleep better. One caution: take Bio35 with food. It tends to give me a bad stomach ache if I take it on an empty stomach.

I really have noticed a difference with this product. I feel that I have more energy than on previous vitamins/supplements and have been healthier as well. One piece of advise I have is that in reading previous reviews I noticed someone talked about needing to work your self up to the 3 capsules if you experience stomach issues when taking the three. I did do that it took me about 2 months to find a schedule that worked for me and would not cause issues with my stomach? I still don't take 3 capsules every day but I take 3 5 out of the 7 days of the week and once I found a routine that worked for me, I was really glad that I had chose to stick with this product.
