Swapped these into my work boots and trainers and the difference was instant. Proper arch support, a deep heel cup that keeps everything stable, and just the right amount of cushioning without feeling squishy. No rubbing, no squeaks, no chemical smell. They’ve held their shape after long shifts and plenty of walking. Haven’t had to cut fitted to my size, has help relieved some of my pain in my lower back! Great value and genuinely comfortable. No complaints—would buy again.

The VALsole orthotic insoles provide solid arch support and noticeable relief for heel pain and plantar fasciitis. The structure feels firm and supportive, especially for flat feet and overpronation, and the materials seem durable for daily use. However, the sizing runs large. Even though I ordered the correct size based on the chart, the insoles were too big for my shoes and required trimming. They also feel best in shoes that have a bit of extra space, so I’d recommend going one shoe size up or using them in roomier footwear like trainers or work shoes. Once properly fitted, they do help with comfort and stability during walking and standing. Overall, these are good-quality insoles with effective support, but sizing could be improved. Recommended, but check sizing carefully before buying.

Been using these since April this year and just bought another set to go into my new pair of Vans. They've been absolutely amazing for doing 20k walks into the city and back while the regular insoles my Vans typically use tend to give me blisters on the heel of my feet after about half that distance. These are absolutely fantastic and have made my current pair of trainers my go-to for just about everything including hikes. They just slide in place and I haven't found them moving around or feeling out of place in the past few months of use They do add a little extra height but they do offer support for the arch of the foot but they have definitely made my shoes last longer. Originally I bought a set because the insoles in my Puma's were falling apart and I didn't want to part with them but they gave them new life and lasted an extra 2 months which these insoles and now I can't have a pair of trainers without them These have been super comfy and seem to support the ridge of the foot and the heel very nicely and they've lasted in my current set of trainers since April. They're probably still absolutely fine to use in my new pair of trainers after all these months of wear which is quite impressive considering I do at least an hour per day of walking between my house and work every day

So I wear my boots to each 12 hour shift and standard insoles just don’t cut it. These have become my go-to insoles. Fantastic support, good fit, can be trimmed if needed (didn’t have to, feet feel so much better post shift.

I use them in my slippers as I wear them most. They’re Nice and soft but as for the arch support, it doesn’t help at all.

These are perfect for my feet, they provide good arch support and have helped with my planta fasciitis whilst also being comfy. I went to Norway earlier in the year and popped these in my snow boots and was able to walk for miles without any foot pain or even thinking about my feet. It was almost like instant relief when I started to wear them, they are slightly padded so are comfy to wear whilst also offering proper arch support. My children now also wear these and they have provided relief for their feet, one of which is flat footed and the other was wearing a top brand gel insole that was not helping her in the slightest. I can't rate these highly enough, I hope Amazon always stock these. I only have 1 pair but swap them out between shoes so they are very durable and great value for money. Just make sure that you measure your feet using the guide to make sure that the arch is in the correct place.

These insoles offer much better support than the original ones in my work boots. They made my shoes feel a bit tight at first, but got more comfortable after some use. I can now stand longer—over 8 hours—with reduced heel pain. Still not perfect, as I do feel some discomfort by the end of the shift, but definitely an upgrade. Worth trying if you’re on your feet all day.

Feet instantly felt comfortable and WARM, don't known why that should be, maybe the blood flow was improved. Good to have insoles in all the footwear if they are necessary for health.

Una plantilla muy buena yo la meto mucha presión por el monte, pero para mi solo tiene un fallo por la parte de alante tenían que ser más gordas.ok
