TOGGLER Toggle TB Drywall Anchor with Screws, 20 Pack, 3/8" to 1/2"

The studs in my house are 16 and 24 on center so nothing heavy ever seems to hang directly across where studs are in my house. These toggles work really well. They held up my entire closet organizer system for years with tons of clothes hanging on them without even one stud anchored into. I also used them for a ceiling curtain track and a heavy wall mirror and so far they have held up well -- no sag no pull no give. The guy who hung my TV's said they professionally use them to hang large tvs on the wall even up to 75 inch ones and they insure their work so they have to be confident in them working and lasting. They're easy to install -- drill hole, tap anchor in, and use pin to open the anchor. I use a wood block to push the pin in to open the anchor since it can be a little hard to push at first. The lip on the anchor is sufficient to keep it from sliding into the drywall even with the pin pushing force. These are a must have for anyone who needs to hang heavy items to the walls where there are no studs.

These TOGGLER drywall anchors worked exactly how they’re supposed to. Installation was simple, and once they’re set, they feel very secure in the wall. I used them for mounting items where I needed more confidence than standard plastic anchors, and they held tight with no spinning or loosening. The 3/8" size gives a solid grip, and the included screws fit perfectly. The polypropylene construction feels durable and doesn’t crack when installing, which is a big plus compared to cheaper anchors. Once tightened down, everything stayed firmly in place with no movement. Overall, these are a great choice if you want dependable anchors that hold up over time. Definitely something I’d buy again for future projects.

Once installed they work very well, but the little plastic anchor key is inadequate (breaks). I suggest using a metal punch (sized appropriately...see photo).

These hold a lot and won't come out. The little red plunger to activate them isn't great, so I find it better to use the smooth end of a drill bit held in vice grip pliers at the same length as the red plunger. Also if you want to remove them at some point you'll have a big hole to fill. Let that be your guide on whether to use them. Definitely for items constantly touched such as towel bars, maybe not for mirrors or artwork you might later change out.

Excellent product

I never thought a strong wall anchor that gets a tight grip would bring me so much pleasure! I bought five curtains for my new house, and they kept falling because of the cheap, low-quality anchors they came with. I replaced them with these, and they fit snugly into the wall and hold the curtains with no issues at all. These should come standard with every curtain!

I picked these up specifically to mount my Hercules guitar wall holders and they've been great for the job. Installation was straightforward and the instructions on the packaging are clear and easy to follow — everything you need is included right in the pack. Too early to speak to long term durability but the anchors feel solid in the wall and seem more than capable of handling the weight of both electric and acoustic guitars without any concern. Who this is for: Anyone looking for reliable drywall anchors for wall mounting guitar holders or similar applications. A good choice if you want a secure hold without overcomplicating the installation. Bottom line: Easy to install, clear instructions, and a solid hold right out of the box. Recommended.

Have used these many times and add strength and durability where needed

Those anchors are only suitable for 1/2 inch ply. They will not work on 5/8 inch ply. Good little units.

My brother told me to get these, and he is very handy. I have no regrets.
