Is it good for little girls with thick hair?

I'm an adult with an allergy to coconut so I looked for products with no coconut. If your daughter is not allergic to coconut (few people are) it's actually good for heer hair. This product, however, should be fine too.

This price is for one. This soap is special. It has not coconut derivatives in it. It is organic - very clean of harmful chemicals. Therefore, it costs more. I LOVE it. This is the only shampoo I can use due to allergies.

Anyone use this as shower soap?

No, but I don't see why you couldn't. The soap in the green capped bottle smells amazing. I do use that.
