Great taste, easy to make

This is not my favorite brand of Chai for taste but it taste great and is a great value. Being a powdered mix, it does not have to be refrigerated. The flavor is great but I like to add a slash of a flavored syrup too. I like the No Sugar Added variety so I can add the syrup and still be consuming less sugar than the sugar variety. (I am not a strictly sugar free person, just don't need extra!) I always pack some when I travel and Got my mom hooked on it too!

I love chai tea lattes...both hot and cold. I normally buy another brand liquid concentrate, but while on vacation had an amazing hot chai latte at a little hole in the wall before entering a state park. They told me this was the brand they used. I ordered it right away. It takes a 1/3 cup of mix per drink and it mixes pretty easily. After trying it both hot and iced, I have to say I am not a fan of it cold. I don't know how to explain it except the warmth of the spice in it tastes better warm than cold. Like maybe it's a little too thick...idk. Obviously, that is a personal preference. I will say I love it hot!! So now I use this for my hot lattes and my old liquid one for my iced ones.

I use about a teaspoon in my coffee and it is good. I have found I don't enjoy it alone with hot water. It smells and tastes excellent.

I usually really like Big Train's drink mixes. I've tried several, but since Amazon doesn't let you review individual products, I'm lumping my review of several different flavors together. Raspberry Chai: I liked this, but I prefer the Spiced Chai better. Will use this up but probably wouldn't buy again. The raspberry seemed a little off to me. Spiced Chai: I love this one and have purchased it multiple times. Excellent Chai mix! Horchata: This mix is excellent if you like Horchata. Would buy again! Mocha Freeze: Pretty good drink mix. Good balance of coffee and chocolate. Have purchased several times. Something to note: this one doesn't blend well in cool or cold water. I typically mix it into hot water from my tap, using less water than I would if I was mixing it cold, then pour it over a full glass or water bottle of ice. Would probably do the same into a blender full of ice if I wanted it blended, but its great just in a glass over ice. Kona Coffee: This was my newest try from Big Train and I really liked it! Mellow, smooth coffee flavor that's sweet. Definitely buying this one again!

Absolutely delicious. I prefer to make it in a blender which gives it some fine air bubbles and a very smooth texture, then I'll finely blend ice in to chill it down. This is addictive.
